Abstract

Case findings, target achievement, and success rates are the focus of the TB program. TB data recording must be accurate. GIS utilization plays a role in visualizing TB case maps. The sociocognitive model of TB prevention culture on social factors includes media literacy, health literacy, health beliefs and self-efficacy to improve quality of life. Data were obtained from P2PL officers in Sleman Regency and 7 community health center programmers who hold TB disease reporting. The map shows location of distribution of TB cases, areas with most TB cases are in Depok Sub-district (223) (15.06%), Gamping Sub-district (136) (9.18%), and Mlati Sub-district (133) (8.98%). Efforts to reduce number of TB cases are carried out through socialization, technical guidance, data validation, active case finding by visiting area and conducting screening using x-rays. There are innovations in Active Case Finding (ACF) TB services using jemput bola method. SIKAT TB Program (Sleman Sigap Kendali dan Tasi Tuberkulosis), Zero TB Program is a mobile screening program, and development of SmartHealth Sleman application based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) have been carried out. TB programmers can improve TB discovery, monitoring, education, and information dissemination through digital health literacy innovations, while also ensuring completeness and accuracy of data entry in TB Information System (SITB). The public needs to increase their knowledge and practice healthy lifestyles through media literacy, health literacy, confidence and concern for healthy living, and self-efficacy
