STRUKTUR MIKROATOMI GINJAL TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus norvegicus L) JANTAN YANG DIPERLAKUKAN DENGAN EKSTRAK ETANOL MAHKOTA DEWA (Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl)

Abstract

Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Sheff) Boer is a plant belongs to familia Thymeliaceae. It contents alkoloid, flavanoid and saponin, having  physiological activity and it is used mostly as in tradisional medicine. The main purpose  of this research is to study the effect of ethanolic extract of Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl on renal microscopic structure of male white rats (Rattus norwegicus L). Twenty four male white rats (Rattus norwegicus L) were divided into four groups. The dose of extract used is 16%, 32%, 64%, administrated orally for 14 days. The rats were used a control KI given 0,01 ml aquades/kg  body weigh for 21 days. K2, K3, K4  given  16%, 32%, 64% 0,01 ml/ethanol ectract of mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Sheff) Boer  /kg  body weight for 14 days. On the day of 14 were sacrified, The portion of ren were fixed by parafin method and satined Hematoxyline Eosin.The result showed that given 16%, 32%, 64% ethanolic extract of mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Sheff) Boerl)not showed grade ofdamage the renal microscopic structure, on the day of 14.  It was concluded that ethanolic extract of mahkota dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Sheff) Boerl at dose of 16%, 32%, 64%  for day of 14 showed an effective dose of the renal microscopic structur
