ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE PENYADAPAN DARAH DONOR TERHADAP KUALITAS KOMPONEN DARAH

Abstract

Unit of Blood Transfusion Branch (UTDC) as one of health service to society claimed to ever to improve the quality of blood service. Therefore service in UTDC have to be known by Consumer of to consumer of blood can be improved. Patterned thinking And transfusion work of reflected in the form of real work. In everyday activity a lot of worker of technician of blood transfusion which unable to realize it workedly well and real correct. One of its cause factor is do not do of work as according to SOP though most of technical worker of the transfusion do its work as according to existing SOP. Transfusion work is an work having high risk and have to be done by as according to SOP. Therefore, needed by a high awareness from all technical worker of blood transfusion to obey it. If somebody of technician of blood transfusion obey the SOP in doing its work, hence will be yielded by a blood which with quality. The aims to Relationship compliance of Technical Worker Transfusion Execute The SOP between Blood Quality in Unit of  Blood Transfusion  to PMI Branch The Town Yogyakarta.The purpose for doing Relations Technical Compliance Officer Conducting SOP Tapping transfusions Blood with Blood Component Quality in PMI Yogyakarta.
This type of research that was used is quantitative descriptive research that is correlational with cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate.Test results analysis showed no effect of educational level and quality of work experience with adherence to good blood transfusions Technical Officer implement SOP.Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between the compliance officer in carrying out the SOP with the quality of the blood produced in UTD Red Cross Indonesia Branch of Yogyakarta.
